Flexibility - Our
agreement is for a 3 year period but occupiers can vacate at any time before
this as long as they give six months notice.
Fixed Costs - The rent,
service charge and insurance are fixed over the three year period and prices on
Regent Street are surprisingly affordable. At the end of the agreement so long
as you have looked after the space reasonably there are no traditional
dilapidation payments to have to meet.

Circus we are usually able to offer you a variety of space and cost options.

able to let you space we are associated with Regent Street Direct who also provide a Facilities Management Team based on the
estate who can deal rapidly with any problems that might arise.
